I recently enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Castello Village Resort. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and we had a fantastic time exploring the area, including a memorable olive oil festival. The beach was conveniently close, and the breakfasts offered a delightful variety. However, the evening meals were a letdown, being bland and unseasoned, which was disappointing, especially considering the beautiful surroundings.
Overall, my stay at the Costello Village Resort had its highs and lows. While I appreciated the cleanliness and the efforts of some staff members, the food didn't meet my expectations, and the noise from nearby construction was quite bothersome. The balcony of my room was spacious but could benefit from a bit of maintenance. I loved the charm of Sissi, which made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.
Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the room with a lovely sea view made for breathtaking sunsets every evening, we quickly realized it lacked the promised amenities. The location was nice, being just a short walk from the village of Sissi, but the dining options were quite repetitive, which could be dull over an extended stay. The staff were mostly attentive, but there were a few hiccups that could have been handled better.
